The short version

You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags for store credit. We don't issue cash refunds on drops — these are limited runs and we sell out.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags are still attached.
  • It's within 14 days of delivery.
  • You have the order number.

Items that don't qualify:

  • Final sale and promotional items (marked at time of purchase).
  • Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear.
  • Items returned after the 14-day window.

How to start a return

Email hello@neetmerica.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return shipping label.

You're responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, defect).

Refunds

Approved returns are issued as store credit that never expires.

Store credit is sent by email within 3 business days of us receiving the return.

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method except in cases of:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Defect on arrival
  • Damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos)

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item for store credit, then place a new order.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@neetmerica.com with photos of the damage. We'll replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Drops and final sale

Items released as part of a limited drop are typically final sale — no returns. This will be clearly marked on the product page at time of purchase. By placing an order on a final-sale item, you agree no returns will be accepted.
