Where we ship

United States only at this time. International shipping is on the roadmap; sign up for our list and you'll know when it opens.

How long it takes

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Orders placed Friday after 12pm PT, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday.

Drop orders may take longer to ship if the item was made-to-order — this is noted on the product page at checkout.

Order confirmation and tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. A shipping confirmation with tracking goes out when your order leaves our facility.

Shipping address

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't change it once an order has been processed. Orders shipped to an incorrect address are not eligible for refund.

Lost or stolen packages

Once tracking shows delivered, the package is in the carrier's hands. We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Contact the carrier first; if they can't help, reach out to us at hello@neetmerica.com.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hello@neetmerica.com with photos. We'll replace it at no cost.

Customs and duties

Not applicable yet — US shipping only. International shipping (when it launches) will include customs and duty estimates at checkout.
